Connecting your Zoom account to Scale Mediation is a simple, one-time process that enables all automated features.

Step-by-Step Guide:

1. Log In to Scale Mediation

Begin by logging into your Scale Mediation dashboard.

2. Navigate to Integrations

Click on “Account” in the main navigation menu, and then select the “Integrations” tab.

3. Connect Zoom Account

You will see a section for Zoom Integration. Click the “Connect Zoom Account” button.

4. Authorize in Zoom

You will be redirected to the official Zoom website and prompted to sign in to your Zoom account (if you aren’t already). Zoom will then ask you to authorize the Scale Mediation app to access your meeting and user information. Click the “Allow” or “Authorize” button to proceed.

5. Confirmation

After authorizing, you will be redirected back to your Scale Mediation account page. The integration section will now show a “Connected” status, confirming that the setup is complete.
